Out Reach Ministry

Our parish is so blessed to be able to have employed firstly Sindy Rodriguez and now Jo-Anne Carley as Refugee, Migrant and Family Support workers for our community of communities. Over the past two years these two women with a band of parish volunteers have supported many, many individuals and families to access education, gain skills, meet together for support, access food and the necessities of life, gain their drivers licences, improve their spoken English, prepare CV’s and find employment, complete tertiary study, attend holiday programmes, understand their new culture AND much much more! We are so fortunate to be part of a culturally rich and diverse parish where kindness, justice, fairness, peace, compassion and inclusiveness are the reason for every season.
